1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states. Aromatherapy liquids cannot ship internationally due to hazmat restrictions.

4. What are Ins-style decorative items?
We offer trendy, aesthetic home decor inspired by Instagram – including figurines, vases, photo frames, and decorative objects.

5. What types of wall stickers do you offer?
We offer removable vinyl wall decals in various designs. All wall stickers comply with ASTM F963 safety standards and CPSIA lead limits.

6. What types of aromatherapy products do you offer?
We offer essential oils, reed diffusers, scented candles, and ultrasonic diffusers. Our products are for ambiance only – we make no therapeutic claims per FTC guidelines.

7. Are your aromatherapy products safe?
Yes. All products comply with:

• CPSC safety guidelines for candles and flammable liquids.

• FTC Act – we do not make unsubstantiated health claims.

• California Proposition 65 where applicable.

Candle Safety Warning: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Place on heat-resistant surface.

Essential Oil Safety: For external use only. Do not ingest. Keep away from eyes. Dilute before skin application. If pregnant, consult physician before use.

8. Are your wall stickers removable?
Yes, most are removable and repositionable. They are made from vinyl and can be removed without damaging painted walls (allow 1 hour after painting before application).

9. Do your wall stickers contain lead or phthalates?
No. Our wall stickers comply with CPSIA lead limits (<100 ppm) and phthalate restrictions. They are non-toxic and safe for children's rooms.
