Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. Due to the nature of these products (hygiene, flammable liquids), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and parts intact.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Decorative items that have been displayed or show wear; wall stickers that have been applied; aromatherapy products that have been opened or used.

  • Hygiene items: Aromatherapy oils, diffusers, and candles for sanitary/safety reasons.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For aromatherapy liquids, follow hazmat shipping guidelines.

  4. 15% restocking fee may apply.

  5. Refund issued within 10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. For aromatherapy, do not use if damaged. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
